An Individual uses Ekko directly for their own interests: following positions, finding opportunities, or recognizing problems. This experience is not restricted to a single provider’s declared protocol.

Receiving alerts through a provider does not make you a direct Individual customer. If you choose direct Ekko use, that is a separate relationship. A shared wallet address does not transfer subscriptions, identity, permissions, or data from the provider experience.

You do not need to enroll in a Team to understand the Individual experience. Provider subscriber questions belong with the provider that supplies those alerts.

Monitoring identifies a relevant change. Intelligence investigates specific questions. An answer marked N/A (no data found) is missing evidence, not reassurance. A proposed action leaves the decision and transaction execution with you.

See product concepts for the boundaries of monitoring and transaction control.

A verified direct Individual setup-and-monitoring tutorial is not yet published in this library. Ask support for the supported path for your current release. Do not assume provider subscriptions will appear in a direct account.
